Safe Handling Instructions: Store product in a sealed bag in a cool, dry place. Wash hands, bowls and serving utensils with soap and hot water after serving. If water has been added to product, discard after 2 hours.

Looking for very sensitive dog

"My dog has such severe allergies. I have been ditching for years for a bag of dogfood that fits his allergy needs. This is the closest I can find! Pumpkin is the only thing that he shouldn’t have but it’s such a small amount I would love to try this has his only dogfood for a while. Does this food come in a larger size? He is a 65lb black Lab/bluetick hound mix. I typically buy 25lb bag of dry dogfood monthly. Looks like I will be needing to buy a lot of bags to fit his needs."

I have been purchasing this

"I have been purchasing this product for about two years now, my dogs loved it. Unfortunately, recently the product changed. I realize there can be occasional variances between batches such as appearance or consistency, but there has never been such a drastic change. I would think the shape is created from a standardized mold, but the shape was completely changed. Upon contacting your customer service, I was informed that the product has not changed but clearly it has. My dogs do not like the new variation nearly has much as they did the previous batches, as you know dogs have more heightened senses and notice the change, so I may not purchase it again. I will still purchase the dry dog food and frozen just as long as these products dont change especially in respect to quality."

How many cups of food are in the 22 oz bag? I feed my dog about 2.5 cups of food a day and I can’t figure out how many would be in this bag. Just trying to do some math!
Here are the approximate cups per bag in our Freeze Dried Raw size offerings; 3.5oz = approx. 2 cups 13.5oz = approx. 7.5 cups 22oz = approx. 12.5 cups 31.5oz = approx. 17.5 cups I hope this helps!

The Turkey is typically much softer, where the Beef and Surf & Turf is 'crunchier' formed nibblets. I would say our Chicken, Lamb and Pork fits in the middle typically. Here are the approximate cups per bag in our Freeze Dried Raw size offerings; 3.5oz = approx. 2 cups (~8 scoops) 13.5oz = approx. 7.5 cups (~30 scoops) 22oz = approx. 12.5 cups (~50 scoops) A scoop is ~1/4 of a cup These recipe make delicious complete diets! They can also be used as delicious meal toppers with our other recipes such as our dry kibble options. They also are a healthy treat for your pup to enjoy! I hope this helps!

Typically, the best before dates on our Freeze Dried Raw Recipes are approximately 12-18 months from the date of manufacturing. Once opened, we recommend feeding our these recipes within two months for the freshest flavor. Please tightly seal and store in a cool, dry location.
How long should the freeze dried raw products soak to rehydrate before feeding?
We recommend rehydrating these recipes with one part water or Bone Broth with two parts food. You can serve these recipes right away but we suggest waiting 1-2 minutes to allow some of the liquid to be soaked up! The consistency varies slightly in each protein which may cause a small variation in the amount of liquid that is absorbed. The Turkey is typically much softer and will soak up more, where the Beef and Surf & Turf is 'crunchier' formed nibblets and will soak up less. I would say our Chicken, Lamb and Pork fits in the middle typically.
